RV Parking - $600 monthly
Are you a farmer, chef, educator, healer, creator, music promotor, or homestead skill enthusiast? Cosmic Carrot Farm guesthouse has residence space for you, along with a venue for you to use for events, workshops, etc. We are seeking residents that have interest in collaborating on developing events on the farm that provide experiences for guesthouse residents, or leasing farm land.
About the farm:
Cosmic Carrot Farm practices ecological agriculture to produce mixed vegetables, berries, vegetable starts, and fruit for farmers market, farm stand, and restaurants. The property has 7 acres total, with 3 acres fenced for agriculture. 1.5 acres of that is in orchard, berries, and vegetable production. The other 1.5 acres is not in use, but has historically been a pasture for animals.
Besides farming, we have a focus on agritourism with two units on the property rented nightly in the guesthouse, and we plan to develop a schedule of food, music, educational, and healing arts events onsite. Farming opportunities:
👉 Cosmic Carrot Farm is operating on a 1.5 acre fenced section of the property. Additionally there is 1.5 acres fenced pasture available for lease for farmer residents to utilize for their own grazing or annual production projects.
👉 Cosmic Carrot Farm does sometime have paid farm labor (W9) for staffing a farm booth, cleaning rooms in the guesthouse, or farm labor, but not yet funding for a steady staff position.
👉 Residents are welcome to participate in a work-trade program and receive weekly supply of eggs, and what is seasonally available on the farm.

Description:
The RV Parking pad has a view of Reichel Ranch’s oak prairie, and has a privacy screen of fruit and flower bushes, separating it from the guesthouse.
Rent: $600 monthly (Garbage, electricity, and wireless included in rent.)
Security deposit: $1000

-Comes with a 10’x10’ storage unit
-Potential for a deck(the deck was deconstructed to move last trailer, but we still have all the pieces)

Schedule a farm tour, and meet with current residents
Complete $50 background check
Once processed, $1000 Holding Deposit placed to secure lease, which goes toward 1st month rent once lease signed.
On move-in date, sign lease, and security deposit form.
Member review:
After 8 months of tenancy, tenant and landlord will review progress of farm developments, discuss, and determine whether to continue leasing after 12 months, or to terminate lease after 12 months.
